Shipping policy

Processing time for orders is typically 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays). 

Depending on the volume of orders, Lomyrah can be delayed to ensure that you receive all items. Your order will be shipped using USPS. Typical delivery time frame is between 4 to 7 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. 

Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. We are not responsible for any international or customs related fees, as that is out of our control.

If your order is returned due to an invalid shipping address, you will have to pay for that order to be shipped out again. You can also request a refund for your products(shipping not included) if your order is returned.
