I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order to ship out.
Average shipping times are 4-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), although you may receive your items much earlier.
Tracking numbers will be updated once your order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot offer refunds due to sanitary reasons—unless the item is defective or damaged.

If you entered a wrong or auto-filled incorrect address, please email us immediately at Infolomyrah@gmail.com.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address for you.
If your order is returned due to an invalid address, you can:
